Your details, looked after.

When you book an appointment I collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell me in the notes, such as allergies or sensitivities. That is all I need to look after you properly.

Your details are used only to manage your appointment: to confirm your booking, send you a reminder, share studio information, and contact you if anything about your appointment changes.

I will never sell your information or pass it on to anyone for marketing.

Booking information is stored securely in my booking system. Confirmation and reminder emails are sent through a trusted email provider. Payment is taken in person on the day by card via Zeller, or through a secure Zeller payment link if you choose to pay ahead. I never see or store your card details.

I keep your booking details for as long as needed to look after your appointments and keep accurate records. You can ask me to remove your information at any time.

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email me at alessia@birdiebrowsandlashes.com.au and I will sort it out.
